WORKSHOPS & MEALS PRICING

You may register to attend the Friday evening social and workshops for either 1 or 2 days.  When you register for the workshops, the luncheon meal is included for each day you registered.

- Friday Evening Social - Free, Registration Required

- 1 Day Workshop with Lunch - $60.00

- Saturday/Sunday Lunch Buffet Only (Guests & Family) - $18.00

- Saturday Dinner Buffet- $22.00

- 2 Days Workshops with Lunches - $115.00

DEMONSTRATORS, WORKSHOPS & SCHEDULE

We're excited to officially announce these fantastic demonstrators in 2008:  Charlene Shafer, Sandy Cherry, and Ileen Levy.

We'll list the workshops by April 1, 2008 and post the hourly schedule around July 1, 2008.

FAMILY & FRIENDS MEAL PRICING - Lunches Or Dinner Only

You may register your family or friends for the lunch and dinner buffets only.  They do not have to attend the workshops.

Saturday Lunch - $18.00

Saturday Dinner - $22.00

Sunday Lunch - $18.00

HOTEL REGISTRATION

To register at the Shrine Hotel, please fill out the bottom portion of the registration form for each day you wish to stay.  Also list everyone staying in the room with you. The rate is the total amount for a room per day.

Please register by July 30, 2008.  We cannot guarantee room availability after this date.

REGISTRATION FORM

You may download the registration form after we finalize the information.  This should be available by May 1, 2008.  You may print, photocopy and give this registration form freely to anyone.

RETREAT PAYMENT INFORMATION - This info will be updated by May 1, 2008.

You may remit the entire payment for workshops and meals by check, money order, or by Master Card, Visa and Discover - no partial payments accepted.  If paying by credit card, you may complete the form and send it by regular mail, fax, or by phone.  For your security, do not send credit card numbers within e-mails.

Refunds You may receive a full refund up to 10 days before the event.  Non-refundable after that date.
